Billing and the end of the trial

Plan and billing shows your plan, its status and your trial end date. Update your payment method and see invoices in Stripe's secure billing portal.

• A plan's price depends on the products you hold. A product change takes effect right away, on your calls and your bill.
• Before the trial ends, add a payment method to keep your clinic's calls answered.
• If the trial ends without a payment method, your clinic is suspended: callers hear that the service is not active. Your InvocaCare number is released straight away. Add a payment method and pay the open invoice to resume; a new InvocaCare number is then ordered, so update your call forwarding to it.
